Job Description:
We are working with a Healthcare/Hospital System in Ohio in search for a Antimicrobial Steward Pharmacist. PharmD, 2+ years of experience in hospital or similar health system. Experience with leading an antimicrobial stewardship strategy is desired. Earn a wonderful compensation package.

Responsibilities for the Antimicrobial Stewart Pharmacist:
- Provides general clinical pharmacy services, which include M.U.E. development and reporting, some teaching opportunities, as well as clinical staffing. Compounds and/or dispenses medications to patients and provides drug information and education to all customers as to optimize the quality of care.
Requirements:
- PharmD
- 2+ years of experience in hospital or similar health system.
- Experience with leading an antimicrobial stewardship strategy is desired.
