Clinical Manager – Adult Emergency

Award Winning Hospital located in Beautiful and Desirable Nevada is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager to oversee Adult Emergency Services. BSN is preferred.   5+ years of recent Adult Emergency Department and/or Level 1 Trauma clinical nursing experience is required.   2+ years of supervisory or 4+ years of lead nursing experience is required.

Job Responsibilities for the Emergency/Trauma RN Manager

• Managing Clinical Unit
• Under the supervision of Director of ED
• Helps determine appropriate staffing levels.

Requirements for the RN Manager

• BSN is preferred.  
• 5+ years of recent Adult Emergency Department and/or Level 1 Trauma clinical nursing experience is required.  
• 2+ years of supervisory or 4+ years of lead nursing experience is required.
