Key Responsibilities of the Dental Hygienist:
- Conduct oral assessments, perform dental cleanings, and educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices. Ensure that each patient receives high-quality care and feels comfortable throughout their visit.
- Educate patients about the importance of oral health and guide them in maintaining good hygiene practices. Serve as a trusted advisor to help patients make informed decisions about their dental care.
- Work closely with the dental team, including dentists and dental assistants, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Contribute to a positive and collaborative practice environment.
- Follow established clinical protocols, including infection control and patient safety guidelines. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all procedures are performed to the highest standards.
Must-Haves for the RDH role:
- Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
- A valid state license to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Michigan.
- X-Ray/Radiology Certification where state regulations specify, otherwise preferred.
- Anesthesia license preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
- A commitment to clinical excellence and a passion for promoting oral health.

- Monday - Friday
