This opportunity arises due to the retirement of a long-standing provider, and we're looking for someone to step in and continue providing top-quality care to an established patient base.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide quality dental care to assigned patients, utilizing best practices within the scope of your training.
- Conduct thorough examinations, evaluate patients, and clearly communicate treatment options.
- Assess patients' periodontium, recommend homecare or treatment options, and refer when necessary.
- Prescribe and provide preventative care to improve or maintain oral health.
- Perform restorative procedures, endodontic therapy, tooth extractions, and more.
- Appropriately refer patients for care beyond the scope of your practice.
Job Requirements:
- D.M.D. or D.D.S. degree from an accredited university.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Wisconsin.
- Strong chairside manner with a commitment to quality patient care.
- Dedication to continuing education and personal development.
