We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist (D.D.S or D.M.D) to join a thriving dental team near Connell, Washington. Job Responsibilities of the Dentist

As a member of the dental team, you will:

  • Perform dental procedures in accordance with American Dental Association (ADA) standards.
  • Interpret radiological images to develop and execute patient treatment plans.
  • Provide patient education, supported by interpreters as needed.
  • Perform a wide range of procedures, including:
    • Composite and silver amalgam restorations.
    • Simple and surgical dental extractions.
    • Root canal therapy.
    • Fabrication of complete and partial dentures.
  • Treat patients with moderate to severe dental infections.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure positive patient outcomes.
  • Participate in chart audits, quality assurance evaluations, and training of dental staff.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold patient privacy.
  • Promote a positive work culture and uphold clinic policies, including confidentiality.

Requirements for the Dentist Position

  • Education:
    • Licensed to practice dentistry in Washington State.
    • DEA license and current CPR certification (or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe).
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures, including restorative and surgical.
    • Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and electronic dental records.
