Job Description:
Our client located in eastern Washington is seeking a Healthcare Director of Finance. Bachelor's Degree and/or master's degree with healthcare experience is required. CPA and Federally Qualified Health Center experience are preferred.
Reports to the CFO.

Job Responsibilities of the Director of Finance:
- Leads the annual financial, pension, and Medicaid audits and the 990-tax return submission.
- Responsible for monthly review of financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Responsible for grant management including budget adherence and drawn down or reimbursement processes.
- Responsible for preparing the annual Medicare cost report.
- Responsible for oversight of the payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Responsible for oversight of annual fixed assets and supply inventory processes.
- Responsible for oversight of the accounts payable process ensuring accuracy, timeliness and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements of the Director of Finance:
Bachelor's Degree and/or master's degree with healthcare experience is required.
CPA and Federally Qualified Health Center experience are preferred.
Reports to the CFO.
Healthcare experience is required
