Job Description:
Our client located in Breathtaking Coastal Maine is seeking an experienced IT Director. Bachelor's Degree in computer science or associates degree in related field. 10+ years of operational IT management experience leading project teams and information systems. Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure as well as solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, implementation required.
HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY experience required!
Salary range $115K/year.

Job Summary of the Information Technology Director:
The Director of IT Systems will set the direction for the management of information technology throughout the organization, including collaborating with senior leadership on setting the overall strategy, developing the network infrastructure and platform to deliver services, develop and maintain cyber security framework, maintenance of business relationships with vendors, budget setting and budget to actual tracking, project delivery, and security monitoring to ensure compliance. The Director collaborates with leaders to develop and execute a strategy to ensure a technical infrastructure that can grow with the company’s needs. The Director will need to stay current on technological advances and set the direction for their team including the structure for efficiency, effectiveness, security, and disaster recovery. The Director will provide workflow analysis, system definition, design, acquisition and implementation of new and modified systems for various hospital departments and manage vendor activities in conformance to contracts and manages outside consultants and contractors who assist with implementation and support activities.
Job Qualification of the IT Director:
