Job Description:

Our client near the highly sought-after location of Atlanta is seeking a Field Service Engineer with 3-8 years of experience. There is little to no training for this position. The preferred candidate will be experienced with GE CTs or Phillips Cath Labs.  Send your resume today for consideration.

Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer:   

  • Able to read and understand highly technical equipment operating and repair manuals
  • Provide technical training and mentorship to other Engineers as appropriate
  • Provides alternate solutions for critical issues to management prior to implementation
  • Assists in the evaluation of equipment, accessories, and supplies
  • Resolves advanced service repair needs and communicates with internal teams
  • A technical and operations expert on at least one modality and may be proficient in multiple modalities
  • Fully qualified to perform assigned maintenance, installation, repairs, adjustments, and calibrations of equipment.

Requirements of the Field Service Engineer:   

  • 3-8 years of experience
  • Must have experience in the modality (CT or Cath Lab)
  • Associate‚Äôs degree or higher in Electrical or Biomedical Engineering or related field
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with technical staff, students, and physicians
