Job Description:

A rural, coastal town located in Alaska is looking for an Infant Learning Specialist to provide services to infants and families who are enrolled in their program.   This candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Special Education, a related field, or be a licensed social worker. This facility offers excellent benefits (including free healthcare), an $80-100K salary, temporary housing, and relocation assistance! This is a permanent position.


Job Description:

  • Conducts developmental assessments.
  • Develops individualized Family Service Plans including outcomes, goals, and strategies.
  • Provides service coordination.
  • Consults with agency and resource providers.
  • Maintains confidentiality.
  • Maintains the child's file for his/her caseload.
  • Assists in Child Find activities.
  • Provides home-based programming and visits to the community and surrounding tribal communities.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Special Education or a related field.
  • Licensed Social Worker
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience working with children.
  • Must complete state mandated Part C credentialing during regularly scheduled work hours withing the first six months of the job.
