Job Description:

Our wonderful client outside of Fayetteville, North Carolina is seeking a permanent full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for their facility. For this NP opportunity, you DO NOT have to be a PMHNP although you do need experience within Psychiatric Mental Health. This is a non-profit organization and all of their facilities qualify for Federal Loan Forgiveness. This NP will be treating all ages but mostly 18+. Must have 1 year as an NP to qualify.

Responsibilities of the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner:

• Outpatient based
• Provide general medical care to mental health patients
• Perform therapeutic therapy
• Arrange referrals, consultations, and other therapy services needed
• Promote wellness

Requirements of the Mental Health NP:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Must have 1 year of experience within Mental Health
• Current North Carolina NC licensure or eligible to obtain.
• Ties or reason to be in the area.
