Job Description:
Our client in Charlotte, North Carolina is in need of a Laboratory Supervisor to join their Microbiology Lab. Qualified Candidates must have a BS Degree in Medical Technology or related science and previous Microbiology experience. Must be eligible for NC licensure. ASCP/AMT certification and Supervisory experience are preferred. This position offers competitive compensation and great benefits!

Responsibilities of the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor:
- Oversight of laboratory protocol and procedures
- Provides information for patient diagnosis and treatment by supervising and performing laboratory tests in core laboratory
- Able to use various types of machinery, lab equipment, and complex computer programs to perform the test
Requirements of the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor:
- ASCP certification or national equivalent
- Trained in an accredited MT/MLT program
- Working Supervisor - will actively have bench responsibilities
- Two+ years of Microbiology experience required
