Job Description:
Our client located near Fresno, California is seeking an OBGYN Physician to join their outpatient community health practice. This is an opportunity to carry out your passion for working with the underserved while maintaining a work-life balance with a 4-day work week. The ideal candidate is board certified or eligible for OBGYN and has community health experience.
Responsibilities of OBGYN Physician include:
- Performing a wide range of tests, including pap smears, pelvic, and breast exams.
- Diagnosing and prescribing treatments for disorders and diseases.
- Conducting routine check-ups on patients.
- Monitoring and treating expectant mothers during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.
- Recording medical histories.
- Educating patients about disease prevention and detection, and reproductive health.
- Collaborating with other medical and non-medical personnel.
- Keeping up to date with current practices and innovations.
Minimum Job Requirements of the OBGYN Physician:
- BC/BE in OBGYN
- California medical license or eligible
- Community health center experience preferred
- All current certifications
