Job Description:
Currently looking for an Oncology Pharmacy Clinical Specialist-Acute to fill an opening with a large Hospital setting located around the Bonita Springs, FL area. Interested candidates should have an Oncology Pharmacy Internship with at least 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience. PharmD and completion of Oncology residency is also required. Sign-on and Relocation are available.

Responsibilities of the Oncology Pharmacy Specialist:
- Education of Pharmacy, Medical, and Nursing staff
- Competency development
- Oncology Stewardship Committee membership/chair
- P&T Committee membership
- Pharmacy Clinical Practice Council membership
- Oncology Clinical Team member
- Active drug policy development
- Assistance with transitions of care - liaison for inpatient/outpatient oncology services
- Clinical service extension/optimization planning
Requirements of the Pharmacy Oncology Clinical Specialist:
- Oncology Pharmacy Internship
- 2+ years of clinical pharmacy experience
- PharmD
- Completion of an Oncology residency
