Job Description:

MUST HAVE HEALTHCARE HR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Our client is seeking a Director of HR/Human Resources to oversee the Human Resources and Organization Development /Service Excellence departments within the hospital/healthcare setting.

Beautiful location within the state of Vermont.

Master's Degree is Required! 10+ years of healthcare human resources management experience, 5+ at the director level.   Professional certifications preferred.

MUST HAVE UNION LABOR RELATIONS EXPERIENCE.

 

Requirements of the HR Director

  • Master's Degree is Required.

  • 10+ years of healthcare human resources management experience.

  • 5+ years of HR experience at the director level.  

  • Professional certifications preferred.

     

Qualifications for the Director of Human Resources

  • Ability to interact with and engage all levels of management as well as individuals from all levels of socio-economic backgrounds.
  • Ability to effectively work with employees and stakeholders at all levels.  
  • Working knowledge of all HR functional areas with an emphasis on EEOC laws and requirements, federal and state employment laws, immigration requirements and ADA required.
  • Knowledgeable regarding budget development.  
  • Expert knowledge of labor relations and a proven track record in rendering expert, consultative advice on labor issues.
