Job Description:
Currently looking for a Supervisor Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) to fill an opening with a Hospital setting located around the Dunn, North Carolina area. Interested candidates should have at least five (5) years of clinical experience as a CRT/RRT, three (3) years RT experience within critical care, and prefer one (1) of supervisor/lead experience. Applicants should also have an active, or pending, North Carolina Respiratory Therapist license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Requirements of the Supervisor Respiratory Therapist
- Graduate of Respiratory Care program as a CRT or RRT
- Five (5) years of clinical experience as a CRT/RRT, three (3) years Respiratory Therapist experience within critical care, and prefer one (1) year of Respiratory Care supervisor/lead experience.
- Active, or pending, North Carolina Respiratory Therapist license
- NIGHT Shift: 36/48 hour work weeks.
- Hospital setting

Responsibilities of the Supervisor Respiratory Therapist
- Provide respiratory therapy modalities per facilities’ protocol
- Patient population includes both pediatric and adult patients
- Mobility to work in a typical clinical environment, stamina to remain standing or sitting for extended periods of time.
- Work with other Supervisor for the overall success of the Respiratory Team
- Be comfortable and competent to create and adjust therapist scheduling
