Job Description:
Our client located in Beautiful Arizona is seeking a Permanent Risk Manager for the Healthcare Setting. CPHRM-Certified Professional Health Risk Manager certification is Required!
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field with 5+ years of Risk Management experience, certified Patient Safety Professional is preferred.

Requirements:
CPHRM-Certified Professional Health Risk Manager certification is Required!
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field
5+ years of Risk Management.
- Patient Safety Professional is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
* Assists the Quality-Risk Director by serving as liaison for liability claims actions Interprets and enters medication orders.
* Collaborates with department leaders to perform risk assessments and develop targeted risk mitigation processes.
* Facilitates and participates in process improvement activities to achieve optimal financial, operational, clinical and satisfaction outcomes.
*Educates members of the Association’s team about risk concepts.
* Assists the Patient Advocate with complicated patient and customer complaints through investigation, problem management and resolution recommendations, including financial restitution.
