RN Manager-Acute Care Services

Currently looking for a RN Manager to oversee Acute Care Services-Medical-Surgical Unit, ICU, Emergency Department and the Family Birthing Center. 3+ years of nursing supervision or leadership. Experience in Med/Surg/Tele/ICU and ED is preferred.
Responsibilities of the Acute Care RN Manager
- Plans, manages, mentors, and supervises activities and personnel within the General Nursing Department.
- Plans and evaluates the operations of patient care delivery within the Medical-Surgical Unit (MS), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Emergency Department (ED), and Family Birthing Center (FBC).
- Provides leadership and direction in accordance with organizational and department goals and objectives to provide a safe, clean and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Organizes patient care and ensures continuity of care through direct and indirect supervision of department operations.
Requirements of the RN Manager:
- 3+ years of nursing supervision or leadership.
- Experience in Med/Surg/Tele/ICU and ED is preferred.
- Possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing or enrolled in an accredited course.
