RN Night Shift Supervisor-Behavioral Health

Our client located in Southern Ohio is seeking a RN Behavioral Health Supervisor to work on a desirable 3rd shift.    Work a 7pm-7am, 36 hours per week! This is for the Child-Adolescent population. Wonderful pay starting at $98K/year.   

Work in a brand-new unit. Oversee 50 FTE's. They are offering a generous compensation package.

Job Responsibilities of the Behavioral Health Supervisor:

• Provide day-to-day supervision including the coordination and delegation of work/assignments, staff coverage, and performance evaluations.
• Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a behavioral health care team of clinicians.  

Minimum Requirements for the Behavioral Health Supervisor:

• RN Licensure required
• BSN preferred
• 2+ years of clinical experience in the area of Behavioral Health
• Supervisory/Charge experience preferred
• Willing to work nights
