Staff/Clinical Pharmacist-Sign-on & Relocation

Our client located in Eastern Indiana area is seeking an Inpatient, Clinical/Staff Hospital Pharmacist.   This is a rotating 1st and 2nd shift.   PGY1 Residency or equivalent hospital practice experience is required.

Sign-on and Relocation Bonus are being offered.

MUST-HAVE

• PGY1 Residency or equivalent hospital practice experience is required.
• Trained in general use of pharmacy computer system.
• Previous clinical experience is preferred.

SUMMARY:

This position reviews and interprets physician orders and dispenses medications.  You will provide timely drug information and perform well-reasoned and appropriate clinical interventions.
