Are you an experienced and dedicated Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner seeking a fulfilling role in Western, AZ? Look no further! We are currently seeking an Urgent Care NP to join our clients' reputable healthcare facility. As an Urgent Care NP, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive healthcare to individuals of all ages, from newborns to seniors. This position offers up to a $10k sign-on bonus, relocation assistance and loan repayment. Enjoy an outpatient-only, 8am-7pm schedule (4 x 10's) with no call.
Highlights about the Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner:
- Monday – Friday 8am – 7pm (4 x10 hr shifts) No Call
- 15-25 patients per day

- 2-4 hours from Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, Phoenix, & Tucson
- Serve as a primary healthcare provider, assessing, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic medical conditions within your scope of practice as an FNP.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and support staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans and promote holistic patient well-being.
- Perform physical examinations, provide health counseling and education to patients, and prescribe medications when necessary, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Skills Required of the Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an FNP
- Possess a current and valid FNP license in the state Arizona or eligible to obtain.
- Current BLS – CDL Certification within 6 months of hire for conducting physicals
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional patient care, showing empathy, and maintaining a patient-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients, colleagues, and staff, promoting collaboration and positive working relationships.
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and ability to utilize technology to enhance patient care and streamline administrative processes.
