A respected healthcare team in Northern California is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join its Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care team.
This is a great opportunity for a CNA looking for a full-time position in a supportive, community-focused setting with a strong team culture and beautiful mountain surroundings.
Position Highlights:
- Full-Time
- Day Shift: 3x12s
- Night Shift also available
- Shift differential available for nights
- $22.25 – $31.75/hour
- $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

CNA Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs
- Answer call lights and support resident care needs
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
- Monitor for changes in resident condition and report concerns to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident care environment
- Provide compassionate care in a long-term care / skilled nursing setting
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide safe, respectful, and compassionate resident care
- Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, or patient care experience preferred
