Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Full-Time, 4-Day Workweek (near Grand Junction, CO)

Job Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope anesthesia care for surgical procedures including General, Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, ENT, Gynecology, Plastics, Podiatry, and Urology.
- Participate in a rotating call schedule (1 in 6) with post-call days off; must be able to respond within 30 minutes.
- Deliver safe and compassionate anesthesia care to adult and geriatric patients.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure quality outcomes and seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold standards in accordance with hospital policy and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in professional development through medical staff meetings, tumor boards, grand rounds, and CME-supported learning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
- Board Certified CRNA.
- Current BLS and ACLS required; PALS required upon hire or within six months.
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and clinical decision-making skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary range: $218,400 – $310,850, depending on experience and scope of practice.
- $25,000 sign-on bonus and $4,000 relocation assistance.
- 4-day workweek (7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) with rotating call and post-call day off.
