Job Responsibilities
As a General Dentist, you will:
- Perform comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and a wide range of general dental procedures
- Create individualized treatment plans and educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Collaborate with specialists and support staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control standards, and ethical practices
- Foster long-term relationships with patients by providing compassionate, patient-first care
Minimum Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Three (3) years of experience
- Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Florida
- Strong clinical skills with experience in exams, restorative treatments, and treatment planning
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a desire for continued learning and growth
