RN HOUSE SUPERVISOR-3/DAYS WEEK!
Our client near Schuyler, Nebraska, is seeking a full-time permanent House Supervisor to work an incredible 3 day a week schedule. Hours are 5:30pm-6am. This is with a small not-for-profit hospital. Previous acute care and supervisory experience is preferred.
Responsibilities of the House Supervisor:
- Acts as the administrative representative to manage issues, including patient, family, employee and provider complaints.
- Support direct care needs and staffing adjustments.
- Ensures shift operational standards are met including response to emergency codes, patient flow placement and/or transfer, clinical resource for evidence-based practice, policies and procedures.
Requirements of the 3/Day a Week RN House Supervisor:
- RN
- Acute care hospital nursing experience
- Supervisory experience
