Our client located near Milford, DE.is seeking a Deputy Director to groom for CEO position. This position offers great benefits, competitive compensation and full time hours. The ideal candidate has 5 years of Senior Healthcare Management experience along with a Masters degree.
Job responsibilities of the Deputy Director:
- Reviews and directs management in the implementation of all state laws and regulations affecting division programs; initiates and recommends procedures, guidelines and operating standards to meet state mandates and directives.
- Coordinates and participates in a variety of staff, departments and agency meetings; prepares and presents reports
- Responds to and resolves difficult, sensitive and/or problematic patient, client or community complaints or inquiries.
- Serves as acting director in the absence of the agency Director as required.
- Serves as the Director of specific program areas as required for operational purposes as assigned by the CEO.
Minimum requirements of the Deputy Director
- Senior management experience minimum 5 years in health care or non profit

Master’s Degree – Health Care Management, Business Administration, MPH
- Solid grant experience
