Our client located near Tulare, California in the San Joaquin Valley is seeking a Registered Cardiac Cath Lab Rad Technologist to join their Radiology/Imaging team. Job Responsibilities of the Cardiac Cath Lab Rad Technologist:
- Under the direction of the Administrative Director of Imaging and Director of Cardiac Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology, the Cardiac Cath Lab Radiology Tech performs professional duties involved in a variety of technical procedures and is responsible for all imaging aspects in the Cardiac Cath Lab and IR with latitude for independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative
- Responsible for patient care, comfort, and completion of required procedures. Must maintain the department in compliance with rules and regulations set forth by governing agencies
- May be assigned to work in other Imaging modalities
- Must maintain the department in compliance with rules and regulations set forth by governing agencies
- Day shift 7 am-3:30 pm
Minimum Job Requirements for the Cardiac Cath Lab Rad Technologist:
- Must have and maintain current Licensure as a Diagnostic Radiological Technician and Fluoroscopy in the State of California.
- Must have and maintain ARRT Certification.
- Must have and maintain BLS Certification or obtain it within the orientation process, prior to hands-on patient care.
- Two years of experience in Interventional Radiology/Cardiac Cath Lab is highly preferred
