Responsibilities of the Chief Operating Officer
- Ensure operation objectives and results in accordance to the overall hospital needs.
- Responsible for the improvement of the hospital facilities and department leaders in establishing a measure of performance, increase productivity, quality improvement, cost controls and the efficient utilization of facilities.
- Reports to the Hospital CEO
