Our client located in the Beautiful Central California is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse for the Pediatric Rehab department. They currently have two positions available. Pick from a Dayshift or a Nightshift position.
Graduate from accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's degree in nursing or other field. BLS and PEARS within 12 months of hire.
2+ years of clinical nursing experience. Pediatrics, Rehab and/or hospital inpatient setting a plus. Prior leadership experience is preferred.
Earn a competitive compensation starting at $110K-150K+/year.
Position Summary for the Charge RN Pediatric Rehab:
This position is accountable for managing the overall operations of a defined patient care unit during an assigned shift. The incumbent is accountable for monitoring, evaluation, and directing patient care provided by staff, coordinating activities of the patient care unit, making staff assignments and assisting with the development and evaluation of staff members. The incumbent will assist with the recruitment and hiring of staff, evaluating staff competency and evaluating, coaching, and counseling assigned staff in concert with the Manager/Supervisor. This position practices within the scope of the Nursing Practice Act, and in accordance with Hospital policies.
Requirements for the Pediatric Rehab Charge RN:

Graduate from accredited nursing program
