Responsibilities
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled OT services to improve ADLs, mobility, and functional independence
- Treat patients in inpatient, outpatient, and home health environments
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Arizona OT license
- CPR certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer/EMR proficiency
- Knowledge of safe patient handling and body mechanics
