Our client, located in Northern Vermont, is looking for a permanent full-time Clinical Nurse Educator to join a rural health center. Provide education throughout the acute care hospital setting. Responsibilities of the RN Educator
· Develop, deliver, and evaluate organization-wide and unit-specific education programs
· Serve as a clinical resource and role model during evening shifts
· Conduct research to identify and implement best practices
· Provide ongoing clinical support and education to nursing staff
· Utilize adult learning principles, simulation technology, and learning management platforms
· Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements of the RN Educator
· Current Vermont Registered Nurse or Compact RN license required.
· Current AHA BLS certification; ACLS and PALS provider/instructor certification (or within one year)
· Master’s degree or enrollment in an education, nursing, or other healthcare-related Master’s program with completion within two years
· Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical nursing experience in acute care or relevant specialty
· Strong ability to coach, mentor, and motivate nursing staff
