How the split desk works
A simple division of labor.
Radius owns the client relationship and carries the contract and the guarantee. You do what you do best: find the right healthcare candidate. The client only ever sees Radius.
Step 1
We open a role
You get healthcare roles from our active client desk, with the requirements and the fee for each one.
Step 2
You source & submit
You find and screen the candidate using your own tools, then send the submittal to us. We log it with a date stamp and credit it to you.
Step 3
We place
Radius presents to the client, manages the offer, and closes. The client relationship stays with us.
Step 4
You get paid
When the client pays, you receive 50% of the net fee, less a small guarantee hold-back that releases once the placement sticks.

What you're probably wondering.
You keep 50% of the net placement fee on every fill. A small guarantee hold-back is withheld from your share and releases once the placement passes the client guarantee period.
Within ten days of Radius receiving the client’s payment in cleared funds. You are paid on money actually collected, not on invoices.
No. This is a 1099 independent contractor arrangement. You control your own hours, methods, and tools, and you handle your own taxes. Radius provides the roles and the client requirements, not a schedule.
No. Radius owns and manages the client relationship and makes every submission to the client. You source and submit to us. This protects the client relationship and keeps the model clean.
Nothing. There is no fee to join the network. Radius only earns when you place, the same as you.
Roles across our active desk: nursing, allied health, dental, advanced practice, and healthcare administration, depending on what is open. We tell you the requirements and the fee for each role.
If the candidate leaves inside the client guarantee period, the hold-back covers your share of any refund. Where the client guarantee is a replacement rather than a refund, you re-source the role at no new split.
