Responsibilities of the Food & Nutrition Services Supervisor:
Provide direction to all Food Services personnel to ensure hospital goals are met. Exhibit leadership qualities that will inspire motivate and develop department into a cohesive team.
Required to work with the Director of Food & Nutrition Services regularly to carryout, initiate and/or implement best practices for the Nutritional Services Department.
Requirements:
- Healthcare experience is preferred
- 5+ years of supervisor experience
