Position Overview
We’re seeking motivated, experienced 1099 Recruiters to join our distributed team. This is a commission-only opportunity designed for recruiters who thrive on autonomy, flexibility, and results.
As a Radius Independent Recruiter, you’ll partner with our internal team to fill active healthcare job orders or bring your own clients to the table. You’ll receive access to our applicant tracking system (ATS), candidate pipeline, and admin support..
What You’ll Do
- Source, screen, and qualify healthcare professionals for permanent positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates nationwide.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with other Radius recruiters for cross-desk placements.
- Maintain accurate records in the Radius ATS and CRM systems.

Ideal Background
- 3+ year of full-cycle recruitment experience (healthcare preferred).
- Experience sourcing passive candidates and negotiating offers.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Reliable Wi-Fi and ability to manage your own schedule.
Compensation
- Commission-only (1099)
- Split: 30-50% of collected placement fee based on contribution and performance.
- Fees range: $10,000–$27,000 per placement.
