Job Responsibilities
As a General Dentist, you will:
- Perform comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and a full range of general dental procedures
- Create customized treatment plans and educate patients to support informed decision-making
- Deliver compassionate, patient-first care while building strong, long-term relationships
- Collaborate with specialists and support staff to maintain smooth daily operations
- Follow established protocols related to infection control, safety, and specialty referrals
Minimum Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Three (3) years of experience
- Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Florida
- Proficiency in performing routine dental procedures, including exams, cleanings, and restorative care
- Experience in treatment planning and patient communication
- A strong work ethic and desire to provide exceptional care in a team-oriented setting
