Provider/Physician Recruiter-HYBRID for a Hospital in Arizona
Our client located in Beautiful Arizona is seeking a Permanent experienced Physician/Provider Recruiter. This would be a hybrid position, work for an acute care hospital.
Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years of physician recruiting as well as a proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals.
Midpoint of salary is $100K/year.

Job Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential healthcare providers through various channels, including online databases, professional networks, and industry events.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract & retain top talent in the healthcare industry.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews with potential providers to assess their qualifications and suitability for our network.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with providers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the recruitment process, utilizing applicant tracking systems and other tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding of new providers.
- Proactively identify and address potential challenges in the recruitment process, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
