You would be working a desirable 2nd shift. 2+ years of clinical experience with leadership experience is preferred. BSN or evidence of enrollment in a BSN program. Unit-specific certifications.

Summary of the Psychiatric Nurse Supervisor:
- Under the direction of the Clinical Manager Nursing, the Clinical Supervisor Nursing is responsible for the coordination and provision of direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- The Clinical Supervisor of Nursing operationalizes the objectives, policies, and procedures of the Medical Center and Clinical Services for a specific shift, assuming accountability for monitoring all departmental activity, including, but not limited to, patient flow, appropriate staffing, assignment of care, and staff development.
Requirements of the 2nd Shift RN Psych Supervisor:
- 2+ years of clinical experience with leadership experience is preferred.
- BSN or evidence of enrollment in a BSN program.
- Unit-specific certifications along with completion of endorsed patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint program certification.
