We're partnered with a healthcare facility serving a community in Southcentral Kansas that is in search of a Radiology Director to lead their diagnostic imaging team.
This is a full-time, dayshift perm position. The ideal candidate will plan, organize and direct the overall operations of the Imaging Department.
- Working Director role 80% work/20% Admin
- Hourly rate with OT available
- On call required
- 4-10 hour shifts a week

Responsibilities for Director of Radiology
- Provide direct oversight and management to the diagnostic imaging department in researching and implementing new processes and procedures
- Responsible for formulation and oversight of the department budget, facility planning, and supply acquisition necessary to maintain workflow
- Provide leadership, judgment, and analytical skills in directing imaging personnel towards completion of assignments and goals
Requirements for the Diagnostic Imaging Director
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
- ARRT or ARDMS registration required
- ARRT CT and R with 5+ years of Rad Tech and CT Tech experience
- Supervisory/Leadership experience is a preferred
