Cardio Invasive Specialist RT
Our client near Midland, Texas, is seeking a full-time permanent Cardio Invasive Specialist RT to join their Cath Lab team. Interested candidates should have ARRT, RT and must hold or be willing to certify with the Texas Medical Board. One year of experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities of the Cardio Invasive Specialist RT
- Monitoring physiaologic data received during Cardiac Catheterization
- Assist the Physician during high risk and complex procedures
- Interpret test procedures, explain and reassure patients throughout the process
- Under RN supervision, work with patients through admission, recovery, and discharge process
Requirements of the Cardio Invasive Specialist RT
- ARRT Certified
- Associate's Degree from a Two-year College or Technical School
- Registered with the Texas Department of State Health Services Medical Radiologic Technologist Certification program
- Minimum one year of experience in the Cath Lab
