Our client located in central Delaware is seeking a permanent behavioral health specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate must possess a Master's Degree, be a licensed LCSW, and has two years of experience working clinically with multi cultural populations.
Responsibilities of the Behavioral Health Specialist
- Observing and assessing patients' behavior.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans to address behavioral issues.
- Supporting patients throughout the treatment process.
- Communicating with patients' teachers, caregivers, and families to implement treatment plans.
- Monitoring and recording treatment progress.
- Conducting assessments to determine patients' improvements.
- Maintaining patient records and treatment reports.
- Collaborating with other healthcare specialists and support organizations.
Minimum Requirements of the Behavioral Health Specialist
- Master's Degree
- LCSW
- Two years of experience preferred
