Responsibilities of the Lead Medical Technologist (MT) (MLS) (CLS)
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the area of Microbiology
- Perform lab testing as a Medical Technologist.
- Abide by laboratory protocol and procedures.
- Be comfortable in a high-volume setting.
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing to perform quality control checks and troubleshooting of instrumentation.
Requirements of the Lead Medical Technologist (MT) (MLS) (CLS)
- ASCP or equivalent certification required
- BS Degree in Medical Technology or related science required
- 3+ years of laboratory experience required
- Previous Leadership experience preferred
