We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Ultrasound Technologist to join our client’s Radiology team near Buffalo, NY. This position presents an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise while positively impacting the lives of individuals in our community.
Highlights of the Ultrasound Technologist
- The Ultrasound Technologist is a professional responsible for performing ultrasound procedures in a variety of non-invasive settings
- Full-time 5 days per week, rotating weekends
- 10 am-6 pm
- Excellent compensation and benefits package including a 403(b) and an employer-funded pension plan!
- Salary starting at $40/hr
Requirements of the Ultrasound Technologist
- An Associate’s Degree in a health sciences area or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary
- Board certification with the American Registry of Diagnostic Sonographers or the equivalent is required
- One or two years of experience using ultrasound technology under the direction of an appropriate physician.
- Must obtain RVT within 1 year of hire.
- Maintains current BLS.
