Our client in Western Texas is seeking a full-time permanent Microbiology Medical Technologist to join their cohesive Laboratory team. Interested candidates must have completed a Medical Laboratory Technology program and be eligible for ASCP MT or AMT certification to be considered for this role. Responsibilities of the Medical Technologist (MT) (MLS) (CLS)
- Abide by laboratory protocol and procedures.
- Comfortable in a high-volume setting.
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing to perform quality control checks and troubleshooting of instrumentation.
Requirements of the Medical Technologist (MT) (MLS) (CLS)
- ASCP or equivalent certification required
- AS/BS Degree in Medical Technology or related science required
- Comfortable working in all areas of the lab.
