ENT NP/PA Position Highlights:

  • Full-time – exempt position
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday – 8am-5pm (no weekends/holidays)
  • Experience in Pediatrics is preferred, however new graduate NPs or PAs are welcome to apply
  • Open to FNPs or PNPs (Master’s Degree and graduate of an NP program)
  • PAs must be NCCPA certified
  • Collaborate with renowned otolaryngologists to provide high-quality care to patients of all ages, diagnosing and treating a wide range of ENT conditions.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, diagnostic tests, and consultations to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Perform minor outpatient surgical procedures such as earwax removal, lesion excision, and nasal biopsies, while assisting in major surgeries alongside ENT physicians.
  • Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, post-operative care, and preventive measures to promote optimal health outcomes.

ENT NP/PA Skills Required:

  • Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), with board certification.
  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
  • Proficiency in conducting comprehensive evaluations, administering treatments, performing minor surgical procedures, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trusting relationships with patients, colleagues, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing patient care efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
