Currently looking for Permanent Pharmacy Manager overseeing Outpatient/Specialty Services located in the central Tennessee area. Interested candidates must have working knowledge of 340B and experience in building a specialty pharmacy programs. Supervisory/Management level pharmacy experience is required. Board certification is required. A competitive compensation package is being offered.
Responsibilities of the Outpatient Pharmacy Manager
- Responsible for the operations of the outpatient/specialty pharmacy operations, specialty pharmacy call center services,, call center services and the business growth and service development.
- Provide direction and leadership to pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, medication access specialists, residents and students.
Requirements for the Pharmacy Manager-Outpatient
- PharmD degree or extensive experience. PGY1 is preferred.
- Knowledge of ACHC and EURAC Accreditations with specialty Elab Experience.
- Working knowledge of 340B
- Experience in building a Specialty Pharmacy Program with patient outreach
- Previous retail/independent/specialty pharmacy management experience preferred. At least one year in a specialty pharmacy.
