As an OR/PACU RN, you will:
- Coordinate and deliver patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized, goal-directed care plans for patients.
- Ensure organized, accurate, and efficient care delivery in compliance with facility policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain current clinical practice standards appropriate for the patient population and care setting.
- Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and compassion in providing care to patients of all ages.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current Montana RN licensure or graduate nurse licensure required.
- Current CPR required, ACLS-Preferred
