Our client in New York is seeking a Medical Technologist to join their laboratory family. Qualified Candidates must be ASCP certified and have New York State licensure, as well as experience as a Medical Technologist.
Can pick to work a 10 or 12 Hour night shift!

Responsibilities of the Medical Technologist
- Abide by laboratory protocol and procedures.
- Must be comfortable with the workload that comes with larger facilities
- Provides information for patient diagnosis and treatment by performing laboratory tests in all general lab areas.
- Able to use various types of machinery, lab equipment, and complex computer programs to perform the test.
Requirements of the Medical Technologist
- Current NYS License as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist required
- Education in accordance with the NYS Office of Professions and CLIA requirements of testing personnel (Bachelor of Science required)
- Preferred with ASCP Certification
- Comfortable working in all areas of the lab.
