Currently looking for an Outpatient Pharmacist to fill an opening in a large Hospital setting located around the Coastal Florida area. This is a day shift. Interested candidates should have a Doctor of Pharmacy or BS in Pharmacy degree, with equivalent and acceptable experience. Recent ambulatory/outpatient pharmacy experience is preferred. Relocation and sign-on are available.

Responsibilities of the Outpatient Pharmacist:
- The pharmacist is responsible for the safe delivery of quality patient care through the following activities: entry, evaluation, and verification of treatment and therapy plans in Epic Beacon; collaboration with providers on new therapies, patient education, drug reviews and formulary presentations, precepting students and residents, monitoring and treatment of therapy related toxicities, as well as serving as a drug information expert.
Requirements of the Outpatient Pharmacist:
- Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree with equivalent and acceptable experience.
- Recent Outpatient/Ambulatory pharmacy experience is preferred.
