Job Responsibilities
Join a team of compassionate providers in a modern urgent care clinic serving approximately 35,000 residents. In this role, you will:
- Provide comprehensive, episodic care in a walk-in urgent care setting
- See 15–25 patients per day with scribe support for higher volumes
- Collaborate with fellow NPs and clinical staff to deliver efficient, high-quality care
- Utilize on-site diagnostics, including X-ray, and work in a well-equipped 6-room clinic
- Document using Epic EMR
- Enjoy flexible 10–12 hour shifts with no overnight calls
- Maintain a patient-first approach in a rural, community-oriented environment
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oregon
- National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology NP
- Prior urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for rural healthcare and team-based practice

Compensation & Benefits
- Very competitive compensation (Base salary starting at $173,000+)
- RVU-based production bonus and quality incentives (up to $18,500 annually)
