A community-based medical center located in Beautiful Montana is looking for its next Senior Executive. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for multiple departments, including Rehabilitation, Respiratory Therapy, Imaging, Pharmacy, Acute Care Social Services, and Laboratory Services.
Looking for a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in related healthcare service lines. Must have experience in managing multiple departments.

Job Functions:
•Provides strategic and operational leadership for multiple hospital-based departments, including Rehabilitation, Respiratory Therapy, Imaging, Pharmacy, Acute Care Social Services, and Laboratory Services.
•Drives alignment of departmental goals with Health Center’s mission and strategic plan through effective budgeting, staffing, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Fosters a culture of excellence by collaborating with medical staff and leaders to enhance quality, patient satisfaction, and professional growth across all service lines.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related Healthcare field required. Master’s degree preferred (MHA, MBA, MSN, or related discipline).
•Current and active clinical license or certification in a relevant healthcare discipline preferred (e.g., Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, Radiologic Technologist, Medical Laboratory Scientist, or other comparable clinical profession). Must be in good standing with applicable state and national licensing boards.
•Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital operations or related healthcare service lines. Demonstrated success in managing multiple departments or service areas.
