A well-respected outpatient practice in rural Kentucky is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to support its growing patient population across two locations. Based in a scenic region near Irvington, KY, providing compassionate, comprehensive care in a community-centered setting.

Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver outpatient primary or chronic care services across two established clinic locations
- Conduct patient histories, physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Manage treatment plans and prescribe medications in accordance with scope of practice
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Educate patients and families on preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness strategies
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- National board certification (AANP, ANCC, etc.) and Kentucky licensure (or eligibility)
- Must have 3–5 years of experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Able to work independently while remaining team-oriented
Compensation & Schedule:
- Base Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 per year
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4 days/week, 8-hour shifts
- No call, no nights, no weekends
- Full-time, benefits-eligible position (including health, retirement, PTO, malpractice)
